What are you paying your operators? Our bids are lower than ever and I'm looking at cutting costs. What do you pay your backhoe operators on construction sites?

I know times are tough id stay with union scale, I know in Vegas there hiring operators from South of the border paying them 8-9 dollars an hour and I dont want to see that happen here in St louis
