Hi,
I need the fuel consumption of various machines to build a forest road at high engine power (more or less 75% of the engine power).
| Forest machine | 330D FM | C9 ACERT | 268hp |
| Log forwarder | 584 | N/A | 274hp |
| Large hydrolic excavator | 385CL | C18 ACERT | 513hp |
| Small Hydrolic excavator | 315DL | C4.2 ACERT | 115hp |
| Motor grader | 160M2 AWD | C9.3 ACERT | 213hp |
| Bulldozer | 834H | C18 ACERT | 498hp |
| Soil compactor | 825H | C15 ACERT | 354hp |
I also searched in the forum and i noticed a ratio (0.052) to convert HP in GPH, does anyone has the details of this formula?
Thank you very much for your time.

Cat has a book called the Performance Handbook. They show the fuel consumption numbers for all the machines in this book. You should be able to get this from the nearest Cat dealer.
