I apologize that you have not yet received contact from our local service team. However, I can assure you that they have been notified and will be contacting you as soon as possible. I have notified them that you are still encountering problems and they will make the necessary changes to ensure your engines are back up and running.

Can you please verify that a Caterpillar representative has contacted you regarding your problem? I received word last evening that contact has already been made.

Thanks for the effort. Yes Cat, Singapore has called up on Friday (31.07.09) and discussed in length about the problem. They have asked for the failure history for the Vsl's, Which I have alreday provided.
However, waitng for reply.

Nothing has come up yet. We are buying injectors and experiencing of failure with 1 hr / 2hr / and so on.
Could anybody help me to get out of it.
Apparently it's look like failure of CAT - Remanufactoring process of these injector.

Details of variour vsl failure qty has forwarded.
Waiting for the replacement under warranty ASAP. We are now become feed up to buying Injector. We must get some warranty replacement.

We have been facing this problem in every stage sometime very early, sometime during jurck load i.e vsl instant pitching, sometime normal operation etc etc.
I am really feed up with injectors. CAT should do something on this but I have very little hope. The comment is like, because since more then two year we have been facing this problem.
No dealer have the answer for this. Only if CAT can do something
