got a 2005 international 9200 with a c 10 . serial number is mbl_____.. pulling a hill you hear a boost leak and it looses all power. i have to let off untill it goes away and then it will pull..was able to isolate it to the turbo waste gate accuator. vent. it was changed but still have same problem.
Make sure: actuator wiring or air line not damaged. Waste gate linkage not binding. Waste gate has good seal, plus no damage. Good luck, please post fix.
