A D10R has a black smoke after replacing seven injectors , a cut out test have been made and all injectors OK, gas pressure was approx. 52 psi so I replace a transfer pump and a pressure still low , I replace a regulator valve and pressure still low, restriction in air filter at hgh idle at range,  I test a heui pump its pressure 3500 psi at cranking but when I made a injection actuation pressure pump pressure was approx. 2500psi at current 100% I notice that during engine running when I disconnect injection pressure sensor engine sopped running

Probable Causes

System air intake or exhaust

Engine speed / timing sensor

Atmospheric pressure sensor

Boost pressure sensor

"Position of fuel" and / or "Limit fuel FRC"

Flash File

Fuel quality

Valve adjustment

i already now replace alla ijnectors and smoke disapeared but there ara a power losses , i notice that when i install a new fash file engine can not fire so i installed the older one, and i notice that "Limit fuel FRC" under specifications >>and i want how to adjust it.

great, i solve the problem

there are two types of heui injectors>>>>prime>>>non prime   and after installing the flash file for the prime one there are not power losses
