this machine does not start when left overnight unless it is bleed. i have changed the rail pressure limiter valve( i mean the the valve under the common rail)and also the injector pump and the nozzles also. yet there is no change. worse of all, when the machine is loaded the engine power keeps dropping. in fact, there is no engine recovery when it is loaded. it will almost shutdown.

please guys i will need your help in this.

If you have already changed the fuel injection pump assembly my guess would be you are either pulling air into the low pressure fuel system (Most likely due to the no start condition after being left overnight) or low fuel pressure on the low pressure side (Then again transfer pump is part of inj pump assembly).

Check the drain valves on the filter base and verify the fuel filter and water separator are properly installed. Check fuel cap to make sure vent is functioning.

Install clear hose on low pressure side to use as sight glass for air bubbles..
