 hi there 

I have a 938G wheel loader which in the past 2 months has blown up 4 new kick starters. I believe this situation to be unusual, but the problem is I cant find the root cuase of this problem. I will greatly appreciate any solutions to help me identify the problem.

Hey mate,

What do you mean by "Kick Starter"? Do you mean starter motor?

yes thats a starter motor

Please make sure you battery voltage 24v. And please check and clean grounding system. Oh yea disconnect battery switch also
