The 41 code is stating that there was a vehicle overspeed event and the 47 code is stating that there was a PTO or idle shutdown event of which neither effect the engine startability. It sounds like you need to start with basic engine needs such as minimum cranking speed of 100 R.P.M. and minimum fuel pressure while cranking of 40 P.S.I. If those are OK it may be electronic such as missing speed/timing sensor signal.
