Power Generation: Product Operation and Maintenance

Does anyone in the forum have experience with the Algae-X system?  It is reported to prevent or alleviate bacteriological contamination in distillate fuels.  Always a bit skeptical of "mechanic in a can" treatments or systems but would like to hear from anyone who is actually using this system.

I have been using 2 of the systems. I have the STS 5000 on a 6000 gal tank and a STS 6000 on a 2500 gal tank. Both of the units have been operational over a year and I show no signs of fuel problems. I hasve not had to add any additional treatment.
