We need to bypass the oil sensor (3 wire) How do we do this part is backordered. Serial # 2WB 05910

You can TEST the oil pressure circuit by using a properly wired potentiometer, I'm assuming you have an EMCP II for a control panel.
Wiring diagram, required parts and procedure in service manual for EMCP II.
I would strongly urge you NOT to operate the engine with a bypassed safety device, why risk several thousand dollars of equipment because of a couple hundred dollar sensor?

We have already tested and have a faulty sensor. We recently purchased a used genset and don't have the manual for the 3406B. We have one for our old genset 3406. We have a oil pressure gauge that we are going to install if we can figure out how to bypass the sensor. The wires to the sensor are color coded our manual wires are numbered.
