Sounds like you have a voltage regulator problem, since your generator is generating a voltage output at a residual level, it is likely the field is not being excited. Start by checking the F1 (+) and F2 (-) leads and see if a DC voltage is present, typically something above 10 VDC. Start with that and we can go from there.

Pls clear more. The genset was running in 1500 rpm and there was no overload, suddently It's voltage dropped form 415V to 50V or the voltage's always 50V???
I think your AVR might get failed. Pls check as DC Voltage between F+ & F- after check all connection.
