EPA doesn't know JACK about duel fuel engines! If it burns more than 2% pilot oil it's lumped in with the oil only engines. Less than 2 and it's a spark gas machine.....
As for D/F conversion, these guys do have a bit of experience www.ecoafs.com.....
If you really want true duel fuel units find something old school and do it right, Fairbanks Morse (still in production) Cooper, Enterprise etc have been doing it for years! Some of us told Cat 15 yrs ago that they were missing the boat not developing a duel fuel engine. Now every one is trying to redesign their equipment...............
