200kVA, PF 0.6, electric power: 120 ekW
If you choose PF 0.8 alternator, it's kVA may be 150.

yijin,
The ekw of load is 120ekw, the KVA is 200KVA.
The KVA and KW of alternator should be bigger than load, so the alternator should be less 200KVA @pf=0.8.
Because the alternator is standard designed for pf=0.8, so the prime mover is bigger.
But the alternator should be derated @ pf=0.6, the factor is 0.85, so the alternator should be oversized to 236KVA.
I suggest you select a standard 150kva/120kw(pf=0.8) genset and oversized the alternator to 236KVA.
Hope to help you.
