Hi. all
I´m new here, and I have a questions.
We have 6 genset 3516 B /SR4 /2000Kw/4160volt, they are controlled by woodward GCP/30 ,
their speed(pwm), and voltage regulator(+/-10vdc), thus start/stop and switchgear.and load share 50% all of them
Now, we replaced one of them with 3516CHD, SR5/2500Kw/4160v,,,,,to control it , we have same woodward but we only change nominal KW to 2500KW.
then, when new genset go to bus, system beging to work different. there is no good load share for instance one take 20% , other 70% and 30%.
We always have 3 of them working, and when they are together (I mean old machines) they share load 50% each.
now we have this with the new unit.
thanks.
Could someone help me to try solve this ,,

Have you gone back thru and checked PT/CT phasing to the GCP? Sounds like you have either a sensing phasing issue or somehting has corrupted the load share lines based on your description.
How are you doing VAR share, in droop? What is the VAR share doing?

thanks Mike.
we asked to Cat dealer , to see ECM, and, we found speed control over CAN. It was changed to pwm and everything was solved.
