please i need advice about this:
now when i make Synch, between 2 genset the voltage is ok because i connect AVR and Droop C.T correct but the speed is not change so the second genset didn't want to share the load ? so i think the problem with ECM connection for speed control not right for this so any one can help on this urgent
i have doubt about governer connection because it has 3 point from ECM but the controller only take 2 points so which points ??
i have doubt too on Pin No. J1/46on ECM because it's responsible for Droop/Isochronous so should i connect it and where i should put on the controller pin ??

Hi mate
first steep is checking ECM configuration using EST , you will find three options of controlling speed , CAN, PWM and 0-5V if you need 0-5V use pin j1 pin2,3 and 17 as comm, or PWM use pin 66 if need CAN you need to connect pin 34 and 50 with proper coaxial cable and 120 ohm resistors in both cable end ,also you must be config DSE 8610 choosing Perkins or enhance j1939 ,then you must be disable governor ,

1. You must set the speed rais/lower function in ECM with EST;
2. Set the droop and be careful with droop/iso switch;
3. Three hard wires are conected to ECM from Relay box for speed adjustment connection. If using a pot, 2.5K ohm, 3 wires are used. if receiving control signal from sysn-panel, two wires (0.5-5V DC) are needed. You could add a pot to test the speed adjustment function after ECM configuration, then conected to sysn-control panel.
4. If iso paralleling is applying, do not conect droop/iso switch. In opposite way, the switch should be closed and the droop in ECM is function.
No EST, you could do nothing.
