It is very difficult to diagnose an issue of this magnitude on a community forum. Let me assure you that this is a VERY SERIOUS event and immediate action should be taken.
First, before any further operation, this unit needs to have the protective relay settings checked and the operation of the breaker shunting must be completed.
Let me explain this further. The generator can go to zero load which is abnormal but does occur if a load is removed or a distribution breaker is opened. It is not however expected that a reverse kW or kVA event would stay online since this unit is from your description being paralleled with another energy provider (gens or utility). If protective devices are either not set correctly or not function, this could result in catastrophic damage to the equipment or physical harm to operators and technicians.
I would also recommend that you contact the local dealer to begin an investigation using ET triggers to record data points as they may be able to assist in determining root cause. Even if an outside event such as a loose wire or irregular speed input has caused this or a faulty gas feed, they should be able to see some effect to the engine and possibly assist in the analysis. A Dealer Support Network (DSN) ticket might also help but the generator protective settings are the responsibility of the coordination study provider (typically a consulting engineer).
Please consider not operating this unit until you can ensure safe operation.

we have 6 engines like yours, at first we have similars ploblem, and the failure was in the signal of methane, the level reported to the engine was not the same that we read in the panel.
