In as much as my company has used Cat diesels and Cat equipment for a number of years, I do like this forum area; but would wonder why so little attention is paid to those of us who salvage/recycle diesel engines, and or equipment? There is a publication, put out by ISRI, which addresses many of the issues salvage and recycling companies face; but where I find forums hosted by companies such as Cat, there doesn't seem to be much effort to attract those of us in the salvage/recycling industry.
I would also ask if there is an area of the forums which would deal with railroading, perhaps as another form of transportation, similar to trucking.
